Netpearls.co.uk is the UK branch of Netperles.com. We deal with all best cultured pearls: Salted Water Akoya Pearls, Freshwater pearls, Tahitian pearls, South Sea Pearls from Australia. Our experts select the best cultured pearls directly from the pearl farms where they pass almost all of the time of the year looking for the best quality at the best prices.  They select the most beautiful orients and colours, pearl sizes and high quality pearls.

Automatical Orders: If you feel friendly with the interface, you can browse our catalogs and choose your jewels; once you find the desired jewel you can simply add it to your shopping cart selecting the ADD TO CART button at the bottom of the product page. You can continue shopping or go and check out your order. Checking out you can add some text if you have special requirements about jewels you are interested to buy. You will receive an email with the confirmation of your order and shipping details. Shipping fees are automatically calculated, for order total amount over than £ 1000  the shipping fees are offered. Some of our best jewels and necklaces, as the Tahitian and SouthSea necklaces are not always available and you will not be able to check out your order. Please send us an email asking availability.

Your order status will be pending until we receive the payment.

Manual orders: Once visited the site you can choose to make an order by email instead of using the shopping cart. We will help you choosing your jewel, for example in case you need a special order, out of standard necklaces and pearl jewels not listed in catalogs. Contact us by email, we will follow your wishes and help you to find the perfect jewel for you. We will then create your order and give you all the instructions for the payment.

PAYMENT MODULES

You can choose one of the following payment modules:

You can pay on Paypal choosing Paypal module when you check out your order, you will  be prompted to Paypal interface. You do not need to create a Paypal account to execute your payment but just follow instructions. Paypal payments are immediatly processed and your order will be despatched as soon as possible (i.e. pendants can require 48h to mount the pearl).
To carry out your payment, please  inform the reference you are buying. You can pay with any bank card.

You can pay your order sending your credit card numbers by phone calling 0033 6 28 36 21 30 or fax to Netperles +33 4 92 94 87 56, specifying your name, address and the reference code of the products you are buying.

Bank Transfer

Your information will be immediately processed in all confidentiality and your order will be validated as of the acceptance of your transfer.
You can pay sending money to Netperles bank account specifying your Name and the Reference of the product  you are buying  (i.e. John Smith ES09)

DELIVERY

Shipping Outside European Union

When you order from outside European Union you do not have to pay French VAT (presently 19.6%) and your invoice total is correspondingly reduced. We are sending the merchandise by Chronopost/Fedex with a complete customs declaration as required by your country legislation. Customs clearance can be undertaken by the shipping partner in your country. Usually your customs duties are less that the French VAT you saved.

Shipping : two shipping methods are available: Classic shipping and Express shipping.

Delivery charge for destinations in the European Union. Contact us for delivery in different countries.

For all returns of any order, shipping fee will not be refunded even if shipping was discounted or offered for free.

Tracking Chronopost International

As soon as your parcel is sent we send you an email with the tracking code of your shipping.
You can track your shipments filling in the tracking code on the right column of web pages of our site, in the orange entry area, then click OK button.  You will be propted to the Chronopost web page to dispay your tracking. Should you notice any problem or should you wish explanations about your shipping, contact us to contact@netpearls.co.uk and we will check directly with the Chronopost mail service about your delivery.

RESPONSABILITIES:
Netpearls is not responsible for any losses, damages or other liabilities incurred as a result of a non proper use of the purchased products.

We make every effort to obtain accurate product information including images, specifications and prices from our suppliers. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, image, description or any other inaccuracy. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on any incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order has been acknowledged. If the price at which you have ordered goods is incorrect you will have the right to cancel.

In case of difficulty in the application of these terms and conditions, the buyer and Netpearls reserve the right, before taking any legal action, to look for an appropriate solution out of court.

Finally, for our reseller customers, the "Tribunale de Commerce de Cannes" is solely competent authority, whatever shipping address and/or whatever payment method applied.

WARRANTY

Satisfied or refunded
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products you have 7 days to change opinion. We will refund you completely the price of the articles turned over in good condition or you can exchange your articles turned over in good condition with new ones. The product must be turned over in its complete packing of origin (GIA appraisal report, gift box, etc). This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, pieces not in original condition, special orders, or pieces that have been modified under customer request.

Shipping fees will not be refunded and delivery cost for the return is on your charge.
If an order was shipped with free or discounted shipping, and the order is the returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping price.

Please contact us by email to contact@netpearls.co.uk and we will give all instructions about sending back the articles. In the event of order inconformity, you are completely refunded. We commit ourselves to refund you or be exchanging you the defective products or not corresponding to your order.
