Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all Purchase Orders placed on online shop Netpearls.co.uk.
By placing and order online, you are entering a sales contract with Netpearls.co.uk. Both parties accept duties and obligations. By placing an order online, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
Other terms and conditions are not binding upon Netpearls.co.uk, unless accepted in writing.
The most of the Products for sale on Netpearls.co.uk is available and is shipped within two business days of receipt of order.
Products like Pendants, Rings and Dangle Earrings require two more business days for mounting purposes with the pearls of your choice. We will always contact the buyer if an item is out of stock. We do reserve the right to partially despatch an order. Items tha are out of stock are usually available in 3-10 business days, Netpearls.co.uk will immediately contact the buyer if the item requires a longer period to be available.
As soon as you place an order through our online shop Netpearls.co.uk, you will automatically receive an 'order received' confirmation email from Netpearls.co.uk. Payments processed by PAYPAL are immediately confirmed by Paypal system by email. Netpearls.co.uk will confirm by email the payment transaction as well.
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to reject or cancel any order and refund payment transactions at our discretion or where we believe that you are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
All deliveries will be made to the Delivery Address provided by the buyer for the delivery of the product. The buyer must be sure to indicate the correct shipping address when completing the order form. Netpearls.co.uk is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If a buyer has not received the order he made and would like to check the status, he should contact Netpearls.co.uk Customer Service at email@example.com.
Netpearls is not responsible if:
- an incorrect address has been provided by the buyer and the package is returned as undeliverable.
- an invalid address has been provided by the buyer, resulting in a surcharge from the carrier. Such an error may include, but is not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits
- the buyer moves or suddenly changes of address resulting in the refusal or non-delivery of an order
As soon as we receive an order, we check all items availability and we verify that the payment transactions has been successfully processed and that the amount correctly corresponds to the prices of the ordered items, we then prepare the parcel for shipping. The order is shipped under our responsability to the shipping address provided by the buyer with the Shipping method chosen during the checkout process.
Shipping Rates and Customs
All orders are shipped from France. All orders shipped to any country member of the European Union is not subjet t customs fees, because the invoice of the order includes French VAT rate. For any order shipped outside European Union, prices will be adjusted Tax Free, but the delivery may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the destination country of the order. These charges are always on the recipient's responsibility. Orders that are shipped to all countries that are not members of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Deliveries to all countries members of European Union are made by Chronopost International that deliver within 24-48 hours (Express Rate) or 2-3 days (Classic Rates), or by a similar private mail service. Chronopost International is the leader in France about transport of precious jewels. All shipping have insurance of the amount of the order items.
Shipping fee does not depend on the quantity of the items in the order. There are two available transport methods: Classic Rate (Land transport) and Express Rate (Fast Flight/Land transport). In case of delays beyond our original delivery estimates, the buyer will not have the right to claim for damages or interests against Netpearls.co.uk. We do our best to ensure your shipment makes it to you on time and without damage. Unfortunately, it may happen that some products do become lost or damaged in shipment. We ask that upon delivery you carefully count the packages and inspect the outside packaging prior to signing the truck driver’s “Bill of Lading”. If damage or shortages are observed, state the problems found on the bill of lading before signing. Please mark “damaged” on the bill of lading prior to signing and call the carrier for inspection and replacement. Please let us know as soon as possible in case this happens and please send us a copy of the claim and a description of the damaged parts.
Netpearls.co.uk will not be responsible or liable to you for any delay or failure to perform under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure results from fire, explosion, labor dispute, earthquake, casualty or accident, lack or failure of transportation facilities and/or services, lack or failure of telecommunications facilities and/or services including Internet services, epidemic, flood, drought, or by reason of war, revolution, civil commotion, blockade or embargo, act of God, any inability to obtain any requisite license, permit or authorization, or by reason of any law, proclamation, regulation, ordinance, demand or requirement of any government or by reason of any other cause whatsoever, whether similar or dissimilar to those enumerated, beyond the reasonable control of Netpearls.co.uk.
Netpearls.co.uk guarantees high quality on all products, we do our best for customer satisfaction, but occasionally you may wish to return items that you have purchased. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the goods to us within 10 working days of delivery. All goods must be returned in the same good conditions as when they were delivered, not used ( tried just once to dress), in its original packaging, with the original gift box, with all the documents and certificates to the adresse below.

The return of the goods is done under your reponsibility. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to Netpearls.co.uk.
Once the goods are back in our possession, the director of Netpearls.co.uk accepts to refund or excancge goods, after verifying that goods are in good conditions with the gift boxes, certificates and documents. In case of return with refund request (and not exchanging goods), any amount charged to you by Netpearls.co.uk, other than the delivery costs, will be refunded credited to you as soon as possible, or within a maximum delay of 30 days, provided that the goods are in the same condition as when they were delivered and in the original packaging with all certificates and documents. Shipping fees will not be refunded and delivery cost for the return is on your charge. In case of return of the items to exchange them, a new shipping will be provided on your charge wih the new goods.
If an order was shipped with free shipping, and the order is the returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping according to the current shipping fees for the shipping method that was used.
Special orders are non refundable/non returnable. Special orders are items that are not in stock or are manufactured for a specific customer and these cannot be integrated into Netpearls.co.uk collection. Are considered special orders all personalized pearl strands (clasps changes, length changes from original items) In accordance with Law : Code de la consommation - Article L121-20-2
Prices and taxes
Product prices on our site Netpearls.co.uk include European taxes (French VAT 20%), no more taxes, neither customs fees, will be asked at delivery for any delivery in all countries members of the European Union. All customers that place orders to be shipped to countries that are NOT members of the European Union will have to pay for customs at delivery directly to the shipping service at delivery, but their billing will not include VAT taxes. We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Product prices on Netpearls.co.uk do not include Shipping fees.
The following payment methods are available in the checkout page:
- Paypal: the safer way to pay on the internet by credit card
- Bank Transfer
You can choose PAYPAL during checkout of your order, you will be prompted directly to PAYPAL interface to process your payment. All payments by credit card are immediatly processed and Netpearls manages to ship the order as soon as possible.
For all transactions not processed by Paypal, or credit card transactions not accepted by Paypal , order status will be "Pending" waiting for your payment, and your order is not shipped.
Bank Transfer IBAN and BIC/Swift codes:
You can pay your order by a bank transfer from your bank account in EURO currency only. We are sorry but at the moment we cannot accept any bank transfer in GBP currency. Should you choose to pay by bank transfer, we'll send you the details of your order priced in EURO currency with our bank account information so that you can order a bank transfer to your bank.
Please specify in your bank transfer your name and items purchased or the number of your order. Orders payd by Bank Transfer method, are processed in usually 5-7 days.
One of our operators will confirm your payment and shipment by email as soon as we receive your payment.
These terms and conditions are governed by the French law.
Netpearls.co.uk is not responsible for any losses, damages or other liabilities incurred as a result of a non proper use of the purchased products. We make every effort to obtain accurate product information including images, specifications and prices from our suppliers. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, image, description or any other inaccuracy. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on any incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order has been acknowledged. If the price at which the buyer has ordered goods is incorrect, the buyer has the right to cancel the order.
In case of difficulty in the application of these terms and conditions, the buyer and Netpeearls.co.uk reserve the right, before taking any legal action, to look for an appropriate solution out of court.
Finally, for our reseller customers, the "Tribunale de Commerce de Cannes" is solely competent authority, whatever shipping address and/or whatever payment method applied.
Netpearls.co.uk is not responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations for the country where the order is shipped. Netpearls.co.uk responsibility will at all times be limited to the amount paid by the customer at the order date with no possibility of any appeal against the brand or product manufacturer.
The buyer benefits from a guarantee against latent defects provided by the article 1625 of the French Civil Code.

Netpearls.co.uk respects the privacy of all customers. Netpearls.co.uk will not — under any circumstances — sell, rent, distribute or give away your email address or personal information to ANY third party. We will not publish your email address, phone or mailing address at any time.
Customer information is mandatory for the order management as regards delivery of products to customer, invoice editing, warranty contracts and shipping insurance.
The customer reserves the right to access, modify and remove his/her account information (article 34 of the French law, 6th January 1978). Please contact us if you want to cancel your account from our data base.
